How much room do I need?
All dimensions for every inflatable are posted on our website as the space needed changes per unit. It is best to allow for a few extra feet of space on all sides. If you are having trouble deciding if you have a sufficient amount of space, we are able to come by and survey your property to confirm whether or not the unit you are interested in will fit. Survey fee depends on distance.
How many people will the inflatable hold?
Every inflatable is different when it comes to its capacity. However, as a rule of thumb, as age and size increases for the individuals the number of people that it can safely hold at one time decreases. Call or email to receive a more accurate answer about the particular unit you are interested in.
What is your weather policy?
We understand that weather can change quickly. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.), for safety reason we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. On the day of your rental, if weather conditions are not predicted to be adverse, we will speak with you about the option of accepting delivery or not. If the rental is ultimately cancelled, we prefer that you reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will, in this case, refund your deposit. On the other hand, if we agree to deliver and you decide to accept delivery, there will be no refunds or credit issued regardless of how long you were able to use the inflatable. Please NOTE: If the inflatable gets wet everyone must exit until the rain stops and the unit is dried. THE INFLATABLE MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET or WHEN WINDS ARE 20 MPH OR MORE or exceed the manufactures guidelines. Once wet, inflatables can become very slippery and potentially dangerous. Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with a towel. Once dry the inflatable is safe to use.
Can an inflatable be set up near my pool?
No, the unit must be a safe distance away from pools or waterfront. Furthermore, dry units are not to be used wet.
Can I cancel my rental?
Yes, you can cancel your rental provided you give seven days notice to avoid a cancelation fee.
Is delivery and set up included in the price?
Set up is included in the price found on the website. Delivery is free for local deliveries but increases the farther the location. Please feel free to call or email for a quote.
Can the inflatable be set up indoors?
Yes, we do carry units that can be placed indoors at locations with adequate ceiling height. Generally sixteen feet is required as well as no hot lights, vents or fire hazards. Gymnasiums and auditoriums are preferable.
How safe are the inflatables?
All of our units are designed with safety and quality in mind. There are numerous safety features incorporated with each piece of equipment to assure they are as safe to use as possible. Each item that you rent from Mad Hatter Moon Bounce comes with a set of printed operational guidelines and safety rules. These printed guidelines and safety rules are attached to the rental agreement that you must sign. Please read all these guidelines and safety rules and familiarize yourself with them. If you have any questions please call our office and we will answer them. Return the signed rental agreement but KEEP the operational guidelines and safety rules as reference for your rental. Our delivery member will review these guidelines and safety rules with you again at the time of set up. Ultimately you are responsible for the safety of all those using our equipment while it is in your possession.
How far from the electrical outlet can the inflatable be placed?
100ft is the maximum distance the unit can be set up from the power source. The reason for this is, the farther the power has to travel the more power it loses. This is the maximum distance that a sufficient amount of power will reach the blower that inflates the unit.
Can the unit be set up on pavement?
Yes, provided you let us know ahead of time and sufficient space is available, this will not be a problem.
Are you insured?
Yes, Mad Hatter Moon Bounce is insured with a five million dollar liability policy. We pride ourselves in doing things the right way and being properly insured is a part of that.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, discounts change throughout the season, please call or email for related questions.
Will the inflatable harm my lawn?
We cannot guarantee that there will be no effect on your lawn from the inflatable. However, most effects are only temporary and we take a number of measures to ensure minimal effect occurs. If you have further questions feel free to call or email.
